Reps configure this once on the Mobile Ready file: open the file’s Email tab, set the original .pptx as the attachment, save. From then on, every send delivers both versions automatically. And if a file is set as downloadable, recipients who download it receive the original PowerPoint file itself, not an export or a copy.

What files can become Mobile Ready presentations?
Any .pptx file, regardless of size. There are no restrictions on animations, transitions, or embedded video. Presentations built in interactive authoring tools like Vismi play in vablet as well.
How long does it take?
About 15 minutes for a typical deck. Larger decks with many embedded videos take longer; smaller decks finish faster. It runs in the background, so admins don’t need to keep the browser open.
Can someone edit or copy my Mobile Ready presentation?
No, by design. Slides can’t be extracted, opened in PowerPoint, or reassembled. To make changes, edit the original .pptx and replace it in the Admin console. vablet regenerates the presentation and updates every previously shared link and QR code automatically. The original .pptx stays in your vablet library as the editable source.
What happens when I update a presentation that’s already been shared?
vablet revokes the old version, deploys the new one, and updates every existing link and QR code to open the current version. Nothing to re-send, no dead links, no outdated content in circulation.
Can recipients get the original PowerPoint file?
Yes, if you allow it. Set the file as downloadable and recipients receive the original .pptx. You can also configure the rep’s email send to include the original as an attachment alongside the presentation link. Both are per-file, per-audience settings.
