Keep every field team on the latest approved content.
When you correct a claim, the correction should reach every rep’s device, not just your library. vablet keeps field materials in sync with the latest approved versions, helping prevent the outdated-content issues that can lead to a CAPA.
That is all it takes for an approved correction to miss the customer.
Suppose your team revises a product brochure to correct a claim. Regulatory signs off, marketing updates the library, and the new version is ready. But a representative still has the older copy on a tablet and presents it at the next visit.
The correction exists, yet it never reached the customer interaction. That gap can become a quality issue requiring investigation and corrective action. Closing it is not about asking reps to check for updates. It is about making sure the right version is the only version they have.
CAPA was the most-cited device observation.
Inadequate CAPA procedures were the single most frequent observation on device-firm Form 483s.
21 CFR 820.100(a), cited 279 timesTotal CAPA observations for device firms, including 63 for incomplete CAPA documentation.
21 CFR 820.100(a) and (b)Document control observations, including firms that did not keep obsolete documents out of use.
21 CFR 820.40Source: FDA Inspection Observations, fiscal year 2025, covering Form 483s issued from FDA’s electronic system for inspections ending October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025. 791 Form 483s were issued to device firms in that period.
The approved version is the only version in the field.
Centralized distribution
Teams receive materials from one controlled library, not email attachments, shared drives, or personal downloads.
Automatic version replacement
Superseded materials are replaced on managed devices at the next sync. Nobody has to hunt for the old copy.
Everything that points to it stays current
Links, favorites, presentation folders, and QR codes follow the replacement automatically, so no path leads back to the old file.
Offline access, honestly
Reps keep presenting what is already synchronized, without a connection. New updates arrive when the device reconnects and syncs.
From the file a rep should have to how long a customer read it.
When a correction goes out, you should not have to ask the field whether they got it. vablet shows you.
What each person should have
The files assigned to every rep, team, and group, based on your rules.
What they actually have
Which version is on each device, and which devices have not synced the update yet.
What they did with it
Which materials were opened and presented in the field.
Whether they shared it
Every file a rep sent to a customer, and which version went out.
Whether it was opened, and by whom
For shared content, who viewed it on the customer side.
Which pages, and for how long
Page-level viewing and duration, so you know what was actually read.
vablet supports your CAPA process. It does not replace it.

What stays with your team
- Investigating the root cause of a quality issue
- Training people on the corrected content
- Verifying that the corrective action worked
- Review and approval in your QMS and MLR systems

Can vablet prevent a CAPA?
No platform can guarantee a company avoids a CAPA or an FDA observation. vablet helps prevent one common source of content-related quality issues: field teams using an outdated or superseded version after a correction has been approved. It supports your CAPA process; it does not replace investigation, training, or verification of effectiveness.
What happens to an outdated file on a rep’s device?
When you replace a file in the vablet library, the superseded version is replaced on managed devices at the next sync. Links, favorites, presentation folders, and QR codes that pointed to the old file point to the new version automatically, so reps do not have to find and swap anything themselves.
What if a rep is offline?
Reps can keep presenting materials already synchronized to their device without an internet connection. New versions, replacements, and removals reach the device when it reconnects and syncs. Admins can see which devices have the current version and which have not synced yet.
Can we show what a rep did with the content?
Yes. vablet records which files each person should have, which files they do have, how they used them, whether they shared them, and, for shared content, whether it was opened, by whom, which pages were viewed, and for how long.
Does vablet replace our QMS or MLR system?
No. Your QMS governs quality events and CAPA, and your MLR or approval system governs review and sign-off. vablet is the distribution layer that gets the approved version to the field, keeps it current, and records how it was used.
Push a correction. Watch it reach the field.
In a short demo we will replace a file, show it update on every device, and walk through the record of who has it, used it, and shared it.
